Job Description
We are looking for a prolific and talented content creator to write and produce various types of downloadable content and blog regularly, to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.


Responsibilities
  • Generating new business from online bidding portals
  • Should have working experience in online portal like Elance, Upwork, Guru etc
  • Explore international market, identify potential clients for Web designing/Web Development/ E commerce, Digital marketing projects
  • Work on cold calling and email leads
  • Must be proficient in requirement gathering, proposal writing and follow ups
  • Knowledge of Email Marketing campaign and lead generation will be an added advantage

Desired profile
  • Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal with clients
  • Must be confident and have a pleasing personality
  • Knowledge of sales process with the ability to understand the customer needs using fact – finding to identify sales opportunities
  • Desired candidate should have good motivation for sales, Sales planning, Market knowledge, Presentation skills, Negotiation, Meeting sales goals and Closing skills
  • Knowledge of E – commerce web designing, Digital marketing services and Web promotion is required

Responsibilities
  • Create free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.).
  • Blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote your offers and to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers.
  • Grow our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests.
  • Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
  • Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in. This role is at the core of the marketing team, and others will rely on your work every single day.

Requirements
  • BA/BJMC degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Past experience building audiences either online or offline.
  • A dual-minded approach: need to be highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.

Job Description
The digital marketing professionals play a specialized role as part of the Digital Marketing & Analytics team. Through digital and online techniques and analysis, the digital marketing executive pursues specific goals in lead generation, lead qualification, communication, brand building, and conversion. This position is responsible for working as part of the Digital Marketing team to deliver strategic marketing plans and execute appropriate tactics (websites/Landing pages design, content writing, SEO, SEM, Display, social media, etc.) for a select group of clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • A strong understanding of inbound marketing and a passion for Internet and marketing technology
  • Performance-based digital marketing experience (specifically focused on setting up Sales funnels - web traffic management, lead generation, conversion)
  • Experience in developing and executing all major social media platforms content, posting, and interaction strategies to generate inbound leads as well as increase exposure (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc)
  • Expertise in writing social posts, website, blog posts and email marketing messages.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics, and all performance marketing KPIs.
  • Continuous review and active management of website and other online assets.
  • Excellent communication & Presentation skills.

Passion for brand building and creativity are required for this role. Discipline in execution and follow-up of campaigns to achieve desired results is a strong requirement. Strong skills in online marketing, branding, social media marketing and copywriting are desirable. Abilities and aptitude in sales, business development, customer interaction, and the relationship would be appreciated.

The candidate will be trained in job specific skill requirements during the induction and probation period. Strong Performance based Incentives and team targets will form an integral part of the job.
